– ½ cup (150 g) almond powder
– ½ cup (150 g) confectioner sugar
– 1 cup (250 g) softened butter

Flip-Flop cake


Gateau tongs
At the end of the year, the swimming club of my daughter is doing a picnic.

I had already made a swimming pool cake so I thought “Holiday”.

I didn’t saw when they cut the cake, but it was a multicolored marble cake.
You can see the soles HERE.

Some green and orange homemade marzipan, smarties and melted chocolate.
Strips are made with bristol.

Kumihimo tuto


Mobidai
From the mobidai making to the technic, in this post you will find everything you need to create your kumihimo.

First step : make the mobidai.
(do not hesitate to ask me the original file, the picture is not real size).

Print the disc (5” diameter – 13 cm) and glue it on a plain cardboard (0.08” thickness – 2 mm).
Hollow out the center and cut on the 32 black lines. To enlarge, I slipped a ruler into cuts.
